Data Deletion Instructions

SDC Kulachi respects your right to control your personal data. If you have submitted an application through our website or interacted with our WhatsApp/email notification system, you may request that we delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.

What data we may hold

This may include your name, phone number, email address, application details, and status update logs related to your land record (Fard) application.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to abdulazizmehsud111@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. In the email, include the phone number and/or email address you used when submitting your application, so we can locate your records.
  3. We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days.
  4. We will process your request and permanently delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal or regulatory obligations (for example, official land record retention requirements).
  5. Once deletion is complete, we will send you a confirmation email.

Note on official land records

Please note that while we can delete data related to your use of our notification system (contact details, message logs), we may be legally required to retain the underlying official land record (Fard) application data as part of government record-keeping obligations. We will inform you if this applies to your specific request.
